WHAT IS AN ESCAPE ROOM?
An escape room is a social puzzle solving adventure. These escape games allow you to become the hero. Assemble your team of friends & colleagues and take them on a themed adventure to challenge your wits and creativity. You have one hour to escape, and time is running out.

THE ASYLUM
It's the 1950's. You and your assembled team are all part of a single schizophrenic mind. Due to the lack of knowledge of mental health during this time you've been committed to The Asylum. In one hour your treatment will begin. A Transorbital Lobotomy. Can you escape before your mind is lost forever? Time is running out...
THE SIMULATION
In the near future, prisoners are not kept in cells of steel but prisons of their own mind. With no memory of the real world they can be kept there indefinitely. How can you tell what is real and what is a simulation? Only time will tell if you can escape the this reality into another.
THE HEIST
This the big one, a heist big enough that you can finally quit your life of crime. Your mission: Steal the world’s most valuable diamond. First you must gain access to the secure vault, disable the various security measures and alarms, steal the diamond and escape all within a one hour window. Do you have what it takes? Time is running out...

How much does it cost?Our normal rate is $30 per Adult. $25 for kids. All bookings are private, as soon as you book for two people the entire room will be reserved for you. If you decide to bring additional team members they can pay at the door.

How long will the experience last?Your entire experience will normally take over 1 hour, but it does depend how smart you are! The game itself can last up to 60 minutes, and we will give you a briefing before your game starts, a full debrief once you've finished and a photo after your game.

What skills do I need to play?No special skills or knowledge are required to play the games, apart from a decent understanding of English.

May I leave the room in the middle of the game?It is better for your experience to stay in the game until you escape, although in an emergency you can always leave the game.

What if we need help during the game?Your group will be assigned a personal Game Master to guide you through your experience. If you are really stuck, you may ask for a hint!

May I book a large group or private event?Yes you can! You'll need to contact the venue individually and they will be able to advise on what is best for your group.

What happens if I arrive late?The door to the room closes exactly at the time you signed up for. Please arrive 15 – 20 minutes early to make sure you are there before the room is closed. We may be able to get you into the room after your allotted time, but if we can you will have time deducted. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

Are mobile phones permitted?Mobile phones are not allowed to be used in the room. The use of electronic devices or any outside tools are strictly prohibited. We provide a safe place in each game room for you to store your phone and belongings while you play!

What is your cancellation policy?We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. We may be able to change your game to an alternative slot or provide credit for a future game. Please call the venue for more details.

Are the rooms appropriate for Children?Yes, none of our rooms are adult only, we do require one adult in any room with kids under 16.
